A couple of weeks ago I met a friend for lunch in Clapham Junction, not too far from where I live. I know it sounds bad, but I tend to not go out locally (it’s always easier to go central) and I sometimes forget how nice the area is. We went for some lovely Italian food at Buonasera and had a little stroll around the market stalls and little gift boutiques. It was all very civilised I tell you!
And what with the aforementioned civilised activities, I though a ladylike dress was just the ticket. I bought this structured monochrome from ASOS a few months ago, and I really like the wetsuit type material and unusual shape. It almost reminds me of a tennis player dress? Anyhow, I digress.
I paired it with my favourite sandals of all time, the Zara aztec monochrome sandals, and because it’s summer, I like to inject a bit of colour in my outfits, so finished off with my coral Kate Spade bag. Also added a swipe of coral lipstick to match. You know how much I love my matchy-matchy stuff!
